Hot Stone Massage

This massage utilizes the therapeutic effects of heat to target the mind and body in a deeply relaxing way. Stones are heated in water and placed on the body or used as an extension of the therapist's hands during the massage to warm and relax the muscles.

Himalayan Salt Stone Massage

This massage incorporates warm salt crystal stones as extensions of the therapist's hand to soothe away tension and stress and promote an increased sense of well being. The grounding properties of Himlayan salt help to improve sleep and balance the Central Nervous System.

Hot Candle Massage

In this luxuriously relaxing session, your therapist will be replacing their usual lubrication with warm candle wax from one of Aveda's vegan soy-wax candles. The candle will remain lit for the duration of the session releasing the invigorating aroma of rosemary mint. As an added bonus- you get to keep your candle to continue your aromatherapy at home!
